My Journey with God 2022

But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well

Matthew 6:33 CJB

In everything you do, put Christ first. In everything you do, center Him in your life. In everything you do, trust Him. Give up your control to Him. Do not try to control the problems in your life. Let Christ’s Kingdom, His rulings, His laws and teachings, His Words, be in your heart and in your life. Give Christ control of your life because He knows what is best for you like no one else. Let Him be the anchor of your soul and the one and only foundation for your life. Do not try to plan your life without His guidance. Christ is everything you will need. But first seek His Kingdom, and everything you will ever need, from your little needs to the deepest desires of your heart, will be given to you. It may not be the way you wanted it, but it will be worth it. Release your control and give it to Him. Seek His Kingdom…Focus on Him.

In our lives we sin, and sin, and sin again, and yet we can count on Christ to be faithful. When we sin and feel the weight of shame and guilt for what we have done, all we have to do is bring that shame and guilt to the feet of Jesus. Do not be afraid to go to him as He offers forgiveness. There is no height, nor depth, that could ever separate you from His love. Come as you are, bring everything you have, your shame, guilt, fear, worries, everything. Bring it to Christ. Do not hold on to your sin and try to control it by suppressing it or even trying to find you own solution. Let His Kingdom come into your heart, into your life, so He can clean up your life. Seek first the Kingdom of God and everything you need will be given to you. You want your sins forgiven? Seek His Kingdom. He will provide that forgiveness. You want emet shalom? True shalom? Seek His Kingdom, and He will provide that peace. Seek His Kingdom…Focus on Him.

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
